Internal quality
Our staff are well trained professionals with experience in both labour intermediation and in the branches which we are operating in. We continuously demand a high standard of quality from our staff members. All staff receive an intensive internal training in communication, knowledge of legislation and rules, behaving commercially responsible, knowledge of the market and personnel counselling.
Also we feel that it is of the utmost importance for our staff to keep abreast of the latest developments in the areas we are operating in.
And finally our employees get continuous external professional training and they must obtain the SEU-certified branch diploma in labour intermediation.

External quality
Module is a member of the ABU (General Association for Recruiting Agencies). The membership of the ABU stands for quality and security. All agencies who are members of the ABU are financially solid. Twice a year we are checked by a recognised auditing institution on legal compliance, documents control, adherence to rules and paying policy. Only organisations who meet these strict criteria can get the NEN 4400-1 certificate.Members of the ABU are also members of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA). Finally, members of the ABU have to work to a strict code of conduct; those additional rules are on top of the legal rules on integrity.
